Loans

Can I qualify if I have bad credit?

Yes. We do not perform traditional credit checks as part of our approval process. Even if you have been turned down by other lenders, we may be able to approve your loan.

Although we offer bad credit loans and do not perform traditional credit checks, applicant information may be verified through national databases including, but not limited to, Clarity, IDology, and FactorTrust.

How do I ensure my information is secure?

We take the security of all your personal information seriously and have in place a variety of procedures to protect against physical or online theft. All information collected is stored in a technically and physically secure environment.

For your own protection, we ask that you never email or fax any secure information. If you need to update your payment information, please call us.

How do I know that I have been approved?

We will notify you via email once your loan application has been approved.

How can I reprint my loan documents?

You may log into your account at any time to view and download your loan documents.

When will I receive the funds?

If your loan is approved before our daily deadline, funds will typically be received on the next business day. The funds will be posted via an ACH credit and the exact time will depend on your bank.

How will this affect my credit?

We may report to the three credit bureaus − Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion.

How do I make payments?

You can choose to pay back your loan through any of the following methods:

  • ACH or Debit Card − Payments are debited from your bank account
  • Certified Check − Payments can be mailed and need to be received by the scheduled due date.

What if I am unable to make a payment?

Please call us in advance to discuss your payment schedule. We are often able to reschedule payments to help you avoid any late payment penalties as well as any fees from your bank.

How do I log into my account?

Can I cancel my loan?

Yes, you may cancel your payment obligations under the Loan Agreement, without cost or finance charges, no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain time of the next business day immediately following the Disbursement Date ("Cancellation Deadline"). Line of Credit

Does it cost anything to apply for a line of credit?

We do not charge an application fee, however, a participation fee may be billed with every statement depending on your state. The amount can vary from state to state as well and would be with applied with every billing statement while your line of credit account is open.

Does my state offer line of credit?

Please refer to our Rates & Terms page to see if line of credit is offered in your state.

What do I need to apply?

You must be 21 or older to apply. To get started, you will need your:

  1. Social Security Number
  2. Proof of income (pay stub, SSI statement, etc.)
  3. A valid email address
  4. Active checking account, open for at least 90 days
  5. Current cell/home and work phone number

How much money can I get with a line of credit?

Check Into Cash currently offers lines of credit in Kansas and Tennessee ranging from $100 – $1000. The amount can vary from state to state, please see the rates and term page for your state. Your maximum line of credit amount is provided after we process your application.

How do I get the money?

Once you have been approved for a line of credit, you can then choose how much cash you wish to draw from your available credit limit, and the money will be electronically deposited into your active checking account.

Can I still get a line of credit if I have bad credit?

Even if you have bad credit, you may still be able to get the money you need from Clearline Loans, so don’t hesitate to apply!

How often may I request a cash advance pursuant to my line of credit?

As long as your balance has not exceeded your line of credit, you can make as many cash advance requests as you want, whenever you want. Please see your line of credit agreement for details on minimum amount required to process a cash advance.

Do I have to pay down the full amount of my cash advances each month?

There is a minimum payment requirement you must make, just like a credit card. This minimum amount includes the $10 membership fee, 5% of the principal amount you have withdrawn, and any applicable interest on that principal.

What is the interest rate on the money I use?

We will charge simple interest on your account at an annual percentage rate of 299.99%, which is equivalent to a daily periodic rate of 0.8219%.

How long does a line of credit last?

There is no set term date for a line of credit. So long as your account remains current, you will have access to your line of credit.

How do I close a line of credit?

You may close your line of credit at any time by calling us at (888) 542-1015. Please review your line of credit agreement for more information.

*1 - Faxing is accepted, however typically most customers are able to complete the application without faxing.
*2 - Loan and Line of Credit Applications processed and approved before 12pm MST Monday-Friday are typically funded on the next business day. Example: If your loan or line of credit is processed and approved on Friday before 12pm MST, the loan will typically be funded on the following Monday. Deposit times may vary depending on your bank.
